The collection or use of personal information by NgEX shall be governed by the Privacy Policy, as modified from time to time by NgEX; the terms of such Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. NgEX makes no representations as to your experiences when you use the service, or your ability to obtain or exploit any leads, sales, agreements, contracts or other arrangements or benefits from the service. Your communications with businesses on the service are your responsibility, and NgEX has no responsibility with respect thereto. NgEX makes no representations as to the true identity of any businesses, their abilities or truthfulness, the functionality of the service, the quality of any goods or services on the service, or any matter whatsoever. You agree to use caution and common sense at all times while using NgEX Biz Online.

NgEX expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising out of:

• The activities of any merchant;
• The goods or services offered or the content displayed by any of the merchants
• Your purchase of or inability to purchase any merchant's goods or services
